Resumo

O artigo introduz dois problemas da ética profissional dos operadores do direito: a titularidade dos direitos que os advogados devem representar e os objetivos que devem ser protegidos no litígio. A discussão concentra-se na representação, oferecida por vários filmes, do papel do advogado nos processos e de suas obrigações éticas e jurídicas para com seus clientes.
