Abstract

The article introduces two problems of the professional ethics of the legal operators: the ownership of rights that lawyers must represent and the objectives that should be protected in the litigation. The discussion focuses on the representation, offered by several films, of the lawyer's role in the processes and of his ethical and legal obligations towards his clients.
