Matar a un albatros: a propósito de la antijuridicidad de los atentados contra eco-victimas

Éste es un ensayo sobre la celebrada Balada del marinero de antaño, de Samuel Taylor Coleridge (1798), obra romántica que encarna poéticamente el primer programa ambientalista que haya nunca brindado la literatura. Por ello, con la ayuda del mundo espiritual de Coleridge y sus narrativas meta-ficcionales, esta investigación tiene como objetivo penetrar en el núcleo interno de los crímenes contra el medio ambiente. Hoy en día una creciente complejidad legal atrapa el medio ambiente en una densa red normativa que tal vez esté impidiendo una comprensión completa de las pérdidas globales experimentadas en casos de eco-victimización y de los abusos en juego en tales ocasiones. En esas circunstancias, aquí se proporciona una revisión de la impresionante obra maestra de Coleridge, aplicando un método narrativo emergente en el marco de la Victimología Narrativa, disciplina que se ocupa del relato cultural de la victimización y sus consecuencias.Descargas
