Law with literature: law as a literary archetype, narratological perspective

Abstract

The present work, based on a perspective of Law in a "strict critical" sense, with an inter and transdisciplinary enclave, and starting from "the juridical" as a functional category expressly created, introduces epistemological issues with methodological extensions through approaches that are disruptive to the usual vernacular criteria within that context. It continues a line of research undertaken a few years ago by the author and addresses three points. One of them will refer to the indisputable link between Law and Literature, in terms of epistemic and egalitarian nexus. Another will address the nature of the literary type that could be attributed to Law, and the last one will account, among other aspects, for the integral advance that legal narratological teoría provides to Law, particularly from a methodological perspective. The development will culminate with some brief conclusions.
