REALIDADE X FICCIONALIZAÇÃO: O RACISMO ESTRUTURAL EM O AVESSO DA PELE
Abstract
The present work is the fictional representation of structural racism and its consequences in the formation and constitution of brazilian identity. To this end, the novel O avesso da pele (2020) by Jeferson Tenório was elected as corpus, in which it will seek to verify how structural racism appears fictionalized. The objective of this work is, through the novel under analysis, to demonstrate that literature presents itself as a source for critical reflection of law, not aiming that the literary work will take the place of other sources, but in the sense that it can be an excellent channel for discussion of issues and legal phenomena, as well as improving the scientific discourse of law. This study, in methodological terms, has an applied nature and is presented as a qualitative work and bibliographic basis. For this, we selected as theoretical contributions Warat (1992); Fanon (2008); Godoy (2007); Rocha (2015) and Candido (2000). Finally, it is worth noting that the fictional space of the novel O avesso da pele when harboring the law and its unfolding, allows the realization of a reading of legal themes with sensitivity and looks not yet used by lega lpractice.
