This article, besides stating the need for a closer discourse between law and literature, is an attempt of bringing back the importance of Luis Alberto Warat as the precursor of Law and Literature studies in Brazil. By using a fictional “ghostly” interview, this paper offers a synthesis of the ideas of Warat about the possibilities of conversing law and literature.Downloads
